I used to photograph antic cities and neat sculptures from museum but, I had not any chance to work with a model since years. I was so willingly prepare myself to have that photo event of mine. CORYCUS-KIZ KALESIAncient Corycus was a big city. We can understand that some people settled here at 4 th cetuary BC. It's been announced by Heredot that citadel was founded by king Georges , The Prince of Cyprus. Selevkios and Byzantine ages are gone faster. It's been conquered by Romans at 72 AC and kept on being an important settlement during 450 years. It was very famous producer of olive and Olive oil at that period. Then became parts of Byzantine Empire, Seljuks, Armenian Kingdom of Cilicia, Oghuz Turks of Karamanids, and finally Ottoman Empire. In Turkish history, it is known as Prince Cem Sultan's departing point from Turkey in 1482 after his defeat in civil war on his way to Rome. After Cem's departure, Kızkalesi became the winter settlement of nomadic Turkmens tribes known as Ayaş. It is declared as a seat of township in 1992.

CANYTELLIS / THE TOMB of PRINCESS ABA

Canytellis the holy settlement of Olba kingdom is established at 3th century B:C on the Mediterranean Cost of Modern Turkey. It's name has been changed at 4th century BC to Neapolis and Byzantic Emperor Teodossius II (408-450 B:C ) settled a Christian center at that place
Antic city has been placed near a sink hole in a depth of nearly 60 meters. It' s been said that that sink hole is been used by Romans as a torture place for the criminals, especially early Christians. that's why that city is called as "Bloody Insane". there are several bazelikas, cisterns and tombs around that sink hole…you can also find a kind of tower on the south west of the antic city with a stone curved to say " this has been builded for Zeus by a priest- king from Olba named Teuros, the son of Tarkyaris"...
